A tennis parlour awarded with two toques by the Gault & Millau! The Saluti in Matrei is an excellent pizzeria with regular prices and a gourmet restaurant. Ernst Moser who used to work for well-known companies worldwide provides local, Asian and Mediterranean dishes for a culinary firework. The vine list is also varied with special rarities.
