Everything began with cranberries, when in 1931 the brothers Unterweger founded their establishment. By now they craft jams, confitures, compote and syrups. Quality resources and a lot of nature form the foundation for the precious Tyrolian Früchteküche-products.

The sweet creations of the East Tyrolian jam manufactory “Unterweger Früchteküche” are being crafted in third generation. For more than 90 years they have been trusted partners of bakeries and housemakers.
